GENERAL
1. You must be legal age in your place of residence to run and operate
an web site.
2. You agree to pay in full for all images designed and/or produced
by SpoiledDesigns for which you have placed an order.
3. We reserve the right to hold your final designs until
which time payment is made.
4. Payment must be made IN FULL for orders less than $100.00 USD
before we will start on your project. Only after payment is received
and has cleared you will receive your completed design.
5. For all orders over $200.00 USD, we require 50% of the
total order to be paid in advance, before we will start working
on your project. Upon completion of the design and approval of
the sample designs, then remaining 50% balance must be paid in full
before you will receive your completed designs.
6. All payments must be made in the form of one of the following:
Pay-Pal or Western Union.
7. All accounts that have not been paid in full upon the
completion of designs after final approval will be charged an additional
$50 each month after completion date until paid in full.
DESIGN AGREEMENT
1. For designs which require photographs of a person(s) or model(s),
the purchaser agrees to provide licensed images that they wish to
be used for their design. SpoiledDesigns will not supply any images.
If the purchaser does not have their own images,We can recommend
a legal image provider.
2. The purchaser hereby releases SpoiledDesigns from any and
all legal actions or monetary settlements arising from the purchaser
providing us with unlicensed images or content to be used for the
development of their design.
3. YOU ARE WHOLLY LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL OR MONETARY RAMIFICATIONS
ARISING IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH UNLICENSED IMAGES FOR YOUR DESIGN!
NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. All model(s) appearing in ANY images that the purchaser provides
for use in the construction of their design must be of 18 years
of age or older, and the purchaser affirms that they have, maintain,
or can gain access to records that confirm the legal age of the
model(s) that appear in those images. We do not design graphics
depicting beastiality, child pornography, or any actual violence
that causes real harm to another person(s) body or any type of illegal
sexual situations: (ie., rape, torture, murder).
5. SpoiledDesigns will display all work completed on this site
for the means of advertising services.
6. All completed design work you can download from our server or
receive via e-mail. We will provide you with the url of completed
work. All uploaded files will be removed after (15) days.
7. Under penalties of perjury, you solemnly declare and affirm that
you have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements
and wish to conduct business with SpoiledDesigns in a manner
that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
8. You also affirm that you have printed a copy of this policy for
your records and will have it available for review and/or affirmation
for the life of the design created under the terms of this agreement.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
1. SpoiledDesigns is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our
goal is to satisfy our customers all the time. However, from time-to-time
additional work may be required for total customer satisfaction.
There are no set rates or fees for “re-design work” on completed
designs; whether additional fees are required for any given redesign
is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Upon completion of your design, you will be sent an accurate,
cropped files of the final design for adjustment, correction and/or
approval. The balance of your payment is not due until you are satisfied
with the samples provided to you.
For any
visitor to our Web pages, our Web server recognizes no information
regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect no information
on consumers who browse our Web page, unless you opt to provide
such.
PLEASE READ:
Clients when you ok your design and have it in your posession
there will be a charge for any changes. I welcome and thank you
for your business but no more freebies. I strongly suggest you
read this whole page.
CONSULTATION:
Before we begin work on your site we will meet with you to learn
more about your business and to determine exactly what you need
to get your business online. We will use any available promotional
materials that you already have (i.e. letterhead, business cards,
brochures, catalogs, etc.) to design a site that complements the
designs you are already using.
NEW SITES:
We will custom design a complete web site to represent your business
or organization on the web. Many design companies have 'cookie
cutter' web sites that they will sell you. Basically they just
insert your information into a template and your site basically
looks like every other site they design. Our web sites are uniquely
designed to fit your business, your business needs, and to serve
your customers.
EXISTING SITES:
If the design of your current web site is outdated, not working,
or just needs a face lift, we can usually have a revised web site
up and running in just a short time.
SITE MAINTENANCE:
If your site needs to be updated on a regular basis (i.e. daily,
weekly, monthly,...) We can keep the commitment that you need
to have it updated in a timely manner. We even offer maintenance
agreements to help keep your web site maintenance costs to a minimum. |
