1. How long does it take to repair my credit report?
It depends on you and what you do now. If you understand how the system works, you can minimize the length of time you spend in the credit penalty box. Put the past behind you quickly. You will not be able to erase your mistakes overnight. But most people with credit problems can achieve a boost in their credit score within a couple of years. But you can start boosting your credit score withing 30 to 60 days.

2. Can you help us build new credit?
Yes we can. We will show you how to add revolving credit lines to your credit report so that this can also boost your credit score as we are fixing your credit.

3. What should I be doing while you are fixing my credit?
We will show you what you need to be doing by sending you and going over with you a debt proposal. We will also discuss with you what you should be doing. As we are fixing the credit, we don’t want anymore negative items on your credit score.

4. How do I send my credit report to you?
You can do this by our efax number or you can email it to us. And once we receive the credit report, we will contact you immediately to discuss everything with you.

5. Does it hurt my credit score if I obtain my own credit report or if you obtain my credit report?
It doesn’t hurt you if you obtain your own credit report because you are entitled to a free credit report from the three credit-reporting agencies (Equifax, Transunion, and Experian). But it’s best if you pay the $30.00 to obtain all three credit reports and click on the debt analysis (www.annualcreditreport.com). However, if we obtain your credit report, it counts against your score. And since we are here to help build your credit score, we don’t want to start by adding another negative item on your credit report.

6. Should I sign up with my spouse at the same time?
Yes, because it is most likely that both of you have the same thing on your credit report. But once we fix both credit report, we will teach you and your spouse why both of you should not open joint credit accounts. Also, we have a discount rate if both of you do your credit reports together.
